Bean Switch System lets you explore new bean varieties. Rivelia comes with two 250g interchangeable hoppers to let you enjoy different coffee tastes. To prepare for the switch, first use the Switch mode to empty the grinder of the current beans, choosing to make a coffee or grind them away.

With a contemporary and compact design, De’Longhi Rivelia is available in a range of colours to suit your style. Choose from Arctic White, Onyx Black, Sand Beige and Pebble Grey.

When and how should I empty the grounds container?

The machine alerts you to empty the grounds container after a set number of coffees or every 72 hours. Always empty it while the machine is switched on, if emptied while off, the unit won’t recognise the action and the alert with light will persist.

What is the Bean Switch System and how does it work?

The Bean Switch System features two 250g containers to swap beans, even decaf. Select “last coffee” before switching to prevent mixing, ensuring the machine only uses coffee freshly ground from that container.

Does the machine produce milk foam automatically?

Yes. The LatteCrema Hot System automatically froths warm, creamy milk for lattes and cappuccinos in just one touch. For cold creations, the LatteCrema Cool System is available as an upgrade, delivering refreshing cold milk froth on demand.

How do I customise the intensity of my coffee?

With Four User Profiles, each household member can personalise their experience — adjusting intensity, milk texture and brew temperature to ensure every cup is crafted just the way they like it.

Is this machine easy to clean and maintain on a daily basis?

Yes. The milk carafe cleans with just one touch, and an automatic rinse cycle runs regularly to maintain hygiene. The brewing unit rinses under the tap, and most parts are dishwasher-safe, milk carafe included. The metal drip tray is hand-wash only.
